Refund policy

Thank you for considering LaRae & Co Threads for your apparel needs.  I take pride in the quality of my products and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

I work with a printing company that specializes in fast, & quality printing. Please keep in mind that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or just simply changed your mind. While I want to make sure you are happy with your items, if your product is damaged, please message me within 2 weeks of receiving it and I will take care of it right away. Your satisfaction is my priority.

All POD (print on demand) designs are DTG (direct to garment) printing.  In case of errors caused by printing (if printing is wrong, damaged or defective ect) the product will be replaced right away.  If you think the product is faulty, you can make a request, within 2 weeks, by taking a photo and sending a message with an explanation message. Images are as shown, but there may be a slight difference between the print sizes and colors in the image and the actual product size.
