Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-4 business days.  The normal shipping time is 3-8 business days after production has been completed.  You can track your order via USPS system with the tracking number provided by email.  Please keep in mind that after your package has been sent to USPS, it may take some time for it to be processed, transferred to the system and sent out for delivery.  LaRae & Co Threads, LLC cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave the production shop.  If an item is showing delivered, the shop is not responsible for shipping another item if your item wasn't received.  Please make sure you check with your local post office for any further information and delays about your package.
