Products

My products are unisex (unless listed).  Shirts are Bella Canvas, & some are Comfort Colors, along with crewnecks that are Gildan, & some are Comfort Colors.  In the likely event that it is out of stock, a different brand may be used.

Designs

All designs are DTG (direct to garment) printing.  In case of errors caused by printing (if printing is wrong, damaged or defective ect) the product will be replaced right away.  If you think the product is faulty, you can make a request, within 2 weeks, by taking a photo and sending a message with an explanation message.There may be a slight difference between the print sizes and colors in the image and the actual product size.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-4 business days.  The normal shipping time is 3-8 business days after production has been completed.  You can track your order via USPS system with the tracking number provided.  Please keep in mind that after your package has been sent to USPS, it may take some time for it to be processed, transferred to the system and sent out for delivery.  LaRae & Co Threads, LLC cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave the production shop.  If an item is showing delivered, the shop is not responsible for shipping another item if your item wasn't delivered.  Please make sure you check with your local post office for any further information and delays about your package. 

Care Instructions

Do not iron on the design.  Do not dry clean. Turn inside out & machine wash cold.  Dry on low setting or hang to dry.  Do not use bleach.  

For an oversized look, please size up.  Looking for more of a fitted look, please size down.  If you have any questions regarding sizing please contact us before ordering.  You can refer to the sizing guide in the displayed photos, sizing issues can not be refunded.

Return Policy

I work with a printing company that specializes in fast, & quality printing. Please keep in mind that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or just simply changed your mind. While I want to make sure you are happy with your items, if your product is damaged, please message me within 2 weeks of receiving it and I will take care of it right away. Your satisfaction is my priority.
